Right now I am actually traveling full time through Southeast Asia. However, before I was doing a data entry desk job, for a company that sells chocolate making supplies!

I have many passion projects. First, there is my album, which I'm currently Kickstarting. Then, there are many films I would like to direct, particularly a Laurel & Hardy biopic. Finally, I would like to buy a private island and turn it into a hub for artistic expression. There would be a recording studio, photography lab, and a building for painting and sculpting. It is something I am very serious about someday doing (when I actually have some money, haha)!

    Hello all!

I am a Content Writer & Content Curator. This means writing! All day, every day. :)

My passion is writing and I am really happy to be working what I love to do, I also develop games during weekends with a friend which is another thing I enjoy a lot!

Yet the thing I wanted the most was to be on a project that could make a big difference in the world. And with the Kickstarter campaign I've been working on with my colleagues this wish also came true. Now, we only need to reach our stretch goal.

Can't wait to see all of your Kickstarter campaigns :)

Hi! I'm Anna, I'm new as of today!
I am a senior at Central Michigan University, and I guess you could say my day job is that I'm a waitress during the summers. Otherwise, I am a cellist and mezzo-soprano.

Pretty much everything I do is music based. So, my passion project is to have a successfully funded Kickstarter that I launched a few days ago for two of my cello colleagues and I to get to Germany, where we will be performing at the Saarburg Music Festival in Saarburg, Germany. Website: saarburgfestival.de if anyone wants to check out the festival.

I have created an event on Facebook for Kickstarter promotion as well as using my own profile and the other two cellists profiles for promotion. I also started a Twitter to help promote there, though I realized I should have thought of that a month ago before I launched the project.

I'd appreciate any comments, questions, or help anyone has to offer. If you'd like to check out the project to get a better idea of what it is here's the link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/87 ... o-saarburg

My name is Terry and I am the owner of JumpStarter Designs and a part-time Project Manager for a small plumbing company. I am fortunate that I can make my own hours on most days except for being Taxi Dad for my kids!

My passion project would be opening a Maker type shop where there would be classes for kids on 3-D printing, circuits, coding etc.

My retirement passion would be to rebuild and customize an old Jeep Wrangler.

My project is a set of notebooks specifically designed to develop, organize and track your Kickstarter ideas and projects.

Well I do a lot of odd jobs to self-fund my passion. Currently my day job is working Minimum Wage part time at Spencer's Gifts, I know it's a glorious job! But my passion is ultimately to start an art studio called Toxic Apple Studios and I want to sell my art work through it. I've also been working on a comic series called Kinesis:The Assailants. I'm actually running a kickstarter for issue 1 right here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/18 ... ts-issue-1

It's one comic series out of many that are in development...but it's slow going since I'm doing everything myself.

I guess a little bit on my background, I'm actually an animator, I graduated from the Art Institute with a Bachelors in Media Arts and Animation. I specialize in 2D Animation and Character Design. Finding a day job revolving around my degree on the East Coast is proving impossible but I'm still working at it! I may not make much but I'm still very excited about what I'm doing, that's what has been driving me forward. When I can I attend Artist Alleys at different conventions to gain exposure.

Anyway that's about it, that's what I do!

I'm a software developer with more than 25 years experience. I've started 3 successful software companies in my career. The first was a company I started as an independent company, which grew to 52 full time employees. I sold that company in 2002 to Computer Sciences Corp.

Another company was started with some young students. It was the first application that allowed you to put YouTube videos on an iPod. The software was a huge hit at the MacWorld Expo where it made its debut, and was even awarded 'Best New Indie Product' by Ars Technica for Mac World that year. That company was sold to a much larger competitor, and results in handsome rewards for the students involved. One of the students was given a full scholarship to Carnegie Mellon University as a result. All of them walked away richer both financially and in life experience.

My hobby for the past 30 years has been building and flying radio controlled aircraft. My passion project is called Hoverstorm, a tilt rotor quad copter with heavy lift capability and long endurance and range.

I used to be an interim salesman and product developer at the Dutch Railway department but after six years, my project was finalised and my job there was done! Right after that, I started making the wallets I'm featuring on Kickstarter right now.

I never actually thought I was going to be an entrepreneur since working for rather big companies suited me quite well but I have to say, I wouldn't change it for the world. And it's kind of a weird jump, from working with trains to working with leather but I enjoy it very much!
