My business IS my day job!

Got what's called a 'package' from a bank I had worked at for 20 years. Rather than go back to corporate life - I invented something and am in the final stages of launching it.
The company is called UCOBO and the product is LoBAK. With changeable size and firmness, LoBAK morphs into tailored comfort.

The biggest challenge I've had is dealing with fear. Fear of failure. Criticism's that it's a fools errand. Fear of financial impacts.

How do you guys deal with it?

Honestly, I would like to say goodbye to the job I have at the moment. Although I want what I do, I have a boss who eats my health and nerves, which I can not ignore. That's why I started looking for a job, and what do you think if I worked at serviceclub.com. As soon as I realize if I will be active and show my skills, I can quickly grow to a higher level because I specialize in management, but for me, it is not a shame to pay for something and call to one less. In this case, I try to think as positively as possible.

I'm a systems engineer as my day job. My passion is inventing things. Ever since I was a young kid my brain was full of ideas, but I was too focused on a stable career. Now that I have a stable job, I have few ideas that I want to kickstart and sell on amazon. I've already patented one of the products and am in the process of official prototyping. Once I have the cost for manufacturing I will list it on Kickstarter with maybe use one of the Kickstarter marketing agencies to increase funding.

My day job is a research assistant / phd student in CS. Most of the time, my passion project overlaps with ongoing research projects!

Im working as a project & business development specialist in a company. All day im supporting automotive and consumer elctronic customers. When im coming back to home im supporting my mom and wifes Kickstar campaign (Talenrot Playing Cards)

I’m retired now. Was a probation officer but lucky enough to be able to retire on my 50th birthday. Now I have too much time on my hands hence creating a game and putting it on Kickstarter

I have been working as a sales manager for nine years, and lately, I have been feeling emotionally burned out. I am sick and tired of working with people. Ideally, I want a job that involves a minimum of communication with people, but, except for sales, I know almost nothing. I would love to take courses in copywriting, but I do not have enough money and time for that. Plus, the fear that you can't make much money writing articles. Is there anyone here who is tired of working with people? How are you looking for yourself? I'm thinking about looking for a side hustle for myself. But I can't figure out what works best for me, and I'm afraid of new things.

Hello. I decided to open my own company and I started to develop my business by creating a website. For a quick start, I decided to use a ready-made template - wordpress themes software . It turned out to be convenient.

My day job is at a local farm helping feed the animals and informing the public about the animals. I also run an etsy shop.
