Love to say I'm not "from" anywhere, but have felt most at home in Istanbul, Turkey and the west coast of the United States. I was born in Michigan, moved to Austin, TX, and then lived in Ankara and Istanbul, Turkey for six years before moving to Boulder, CO for a year. Then we moved to Sanaa, Yemen for three years, and back to the U.S. - we lived in the D.C. area through my high school years, and I moved to Southern Virginia for college and grad school, and then moved to Seattle, WA for three years. From there I moved to Southern California for ten years, Florida for about two years, and then back to the D.C. area, where I've been (mostly) since - except for a short stint in Utah and another in Georgia. Born and raised in rural Wisconsin! But I lived in Sierra Leone, West Africa for over 48 months in the last 10 years. It has redefined who I am. Then I returned home to join my parents in a family business making cat products! I didn't see it coming, but it was a great opportunity and I'm glad to be back home!

Hey everyone, I was born in Taiwan and immigrated to the US at the age of 11 and lived there for about 18 years. I'm back in Taiwan now and recently started a project with two other friends.

Crowd funding has yet to catch on in Taiwan, so I'm here learning the ins and outs, and hoping to connect and exchange ideas with the creators and backers around the world.
