    What are the indicators to determine the effectiveness of the call center?

    Of those top call center metrics that I know, I would like to highlight productivity, customer service level separately , the satisfaction of these very customers, the quality of the whole center and the retention of customers. At the same time, the latter indicator is one of the most important, because it allows you to judge customer loyalty. You yourself understand that gaining the trust and respect of those we serve can be very difficult.
