Striker is a 25 minute long murder-mystery/action/thriller/crime film. The budget we're hoping for is $2,350, mostly going towards equipment, make-up and catering, with some left over to rent a van.
The writer of the film is Bijan Karim, a young filmmaker who already has experience in making big projects as he released a feature film last year called Far Out. [youtube]https://youtu.be/og1mlQ-4avI[/youtube]
He has the actors, he has the idea, he has the drive and the inspiration to make something great, he just needs help funding it. I've known him for years, I've seen him start with simple but stylish crime short films, and evolve into someone who made a feature film with zero budget, and someone who understands filmmaking on every level. I wanna see this project get made, but we can't do it without help from others who also wanna see it get made.
I feel like I'm over-selling it, there's tons of information on the Kickstarter if you wanna see what it's about. I just wanted to be convincing
