Hello together,



we have two UAP-AC-Lite, everything Up-to-date. Everything works fine. The strength and channels are yet configured to do a nearly seamless handover. We have 2.4 and 5GHz enabled, as we need to reach wider places also.

We are mainly using Apple devices within the network.



There is only one problem:

The Instagram-App on every iPhone is very slow!

Even when AirPlay is running the music stops playing while the app opens. It seems like Instagram is taking all capacity, even if it takes all the loading time is around 30 seconds.



I had the pro-functions enabled to configure band steering. I‘ve disabled them 2 weeks ago but there is no increase of the loading times of Instagram.



Is anyone out there who faces the same problems or maybe already solved it?

Hi Jan! I don't know if there is a solution that would completely help you get rid of this problem. I understand you perfectly. And it's not just the problem in the network but also on Instagram. Very often, Instagram has moments when it is very slow. I don't know the cause. I'd like to know it too. I am a content maker on Instagram, and I strive to post posts and stories every day. I have a lot of Instagram story ideas that I want to share. And this Instagram issue can slow down my work, and the steps to success are slower. With each Instagram update, I hope this issue will go away, but unfortunately, it persists.
