    I've included a link to this pretty good guide I found on user psychology. It would be helpful if you are thinking of doing a software company or selling product via a website.

    looks like I am the first one to post here. I really like chapter #25 - Simple vs. Easy vs. Fast vs. Minimal. I think in most cases this is the key to understand the psychology of your audience. At least I have experienced it in my social media work.
