I try to make the early birds received before Xmas to attract more backer. But I don't think it works.....most of people still order what they want

Hi, not bad! I think my initial thinking is the grammar on the page needs some work. Maybe show off what shapes can be made, giving instructions out (on a website). You can get different colours too?

What do kids think about it? Maybe you could record them using it and their thoughts?

I think this looks really cool. I do agree about the grammar though. Your summary for example seems to miss a 'that' after 'board game':

Have you tried taking this to pre-schools or nursery school to ask what they think? I have a feeling that the people who back projects on Kickstarter are not exactly the target demographic here and that you could get a lot of support from insitutions which deal with kids in some way.
