Electricity rates in the US are going down thanks to EVs.

Here's a study that breaks it all down:

Electric cars make utility bills cheaper for everyone, new research finds
Electric cars are big moneymakers for utilities. And since utilities can't reap unlimited profits, they need to pass the extra cash to customers.

Electric cars are helping push electricity rates down in the US, according to a new study.
They bring lots of revenue to utility companies, but don't cost much to provide energy to.

That's good news, I was also thinking about the future of pollution. what would it look like? When fuel was there no one thought it would emit so much pollution and now with the EV R(Evolution), it would be interesting to see how the world changes.

Makes sense when you think about how much extra revenue they bring in without really putting a strain on the grid. Kind of a win-win for everyone, whether you own an EV or not.
I actually switched to a new energy provider recently using an Octopus refer a friend code, and it made a nice dent in my bill. With rates going down and deals like that, it feels like a good time to rethink energy costs altogether.
