I found some intersting statistics here http://www.statista.com/topics/2102/kickstarter/ and wanted to share it with you guys. Amongst others there are numbers on crowdfunded sums on KS and the most popular projects and many more... however, I found it quite interesting to click around

Thanks for the link. While it's obviously interesting to see how much money is raised, I think it's great to see so many people helping each other. Yes, I know that people get rewards, but we have actually had people donate and ask not to be sent a reward. I think the ability to help others, whether people want the actual product or not, is something that I think is fantastic!
