Can anyone recommend an experienced freelance crowdfunding project manager? I'm looking for this person to head-up a campaign for a negotiable percentage of funds raised. If you know someone, please let me know asap. Thanks!

To be honest, I haven't met any good campaign managers that are willing to take on a campaign on a percentage only basis, unless you've hit the 50% mark.
