Hi,
I'm the founder and developer of SecClip. SecClip is a smart panic button which everyone can use in a dangerous situation. It is small and can be simply clipped to your clothes. The idea is to prevent sexual harrassment, attacks or save lifes after an accident. By using the panic button you can send an emergency alert to your family, friends or the community, initiate a phone call, be located and much more.


We wanted to invest the most money in a high quality product instead of expensive crowdfunding services.

This looks really cool, great idea! Do you think not having any rewards under $70 will be detrimental? I feel like a lot of backers want to put in just a little even if it isn’t a full reward.

I really like the project idea, though I feel like you'd be a lot more funded if you offered rewards below the $70 tier. Also while the button is nice there are Apps and devices that exist on the market already that fulfill that role. If it will come down to what would be more beneficial and save someone money in the end they will probably go with an alternative to the SecClip. Definitely bring in some rewards below the $70 to bring in those backers!
