Hello,

I am preparing my project in Paris, France.

I am looking for "some guys" or PR agencies to take care of the promotion of my future kicstarter campaign.
The remuneration will be based on commission.

Pretty sure no one will accept those terms! I've had a couple of project owners say if I promote their product > wait until it's made > make sales > then make commission. It doesn't make sense to be honest!

Places like Amazon are established, track sales and pay out per sale...so that's a preferred option.
