I posted a little while ago about a Kickstarter I was running and we did great, but I am trying not to get my hopes up too much with the current one, even though we are almost 20% funded already.

I think the key thing I have learnt along the way is to remain open and honest and market your Kickstarter to a community that hopefully regard you as some kind of authority on the subject.
