Thanks, everybody! I don't know exactly what it was that made me a staff pick, but I'm guessing enthusiasm. Or at least I'm pretty sure that's a key factor.

I'm not sure exactly what effect it had on my campaign, but I'll tell you it didn't hurt.

Unfortunately I don't really have any advice on how to get there other than study out other staff picks and find the similarities.

I'm likely to get back to you on KS far faster than on here at the moment, especially since the campaign is on its closing week (ends March 6th).
