While I was writing the preliminary patent I worked 3 to 4 hours a day. Now, I am trying to generate interest for the project that will be starting in about two weeks. I am not very good at this and I do not really know what to do. I think my time has dropped to 3 to 4 hours a week.
Luckily we're not currently working on any other projects currently so we can dedicate all of our time to this. We're gearing up to launch our campaign on Kickstarter in a few weeks, to raise the development funds needed to hire a casting director and make an initial offer to our lead actress. I don't want to launch until we're totally ready and it's taking a lot of time. It is literally a full time job.
All the power to those doing this with full time jobs on the go as well! Good luck

Just preparing to launch (April 14th) and have been spending 6 hours a day in preparation. Have been working to create a social media presence, build off-line buzz and relationships and otherwise get buttoned up.
My wife helped by making a 6 1/2' tall costume version of our product. It debuted at a local university a few weeks ago and then we took it to California for some marketing and promotion.
So far it's been a lot of fun, but a ton of work as well.
