Welcome! That's so cool. I can't believe you are doing research on Kickstarter, you must be an expert by now! Are there any tips you could share about the use of language in Kickstarter campaigns? I'm currently working on mine and I'm looking to launch next month so I would love to hear from you!

I firts heard about KS looking for referrals about a product I was interested in buying. I read the story about how that people started their business and I have to say I was amazed by the idea. I don't know how it got started in the first place,but it is such a great way of getting new things out there so everybody can see and eventually buy. Internet is just so incredible.

I heard about Kickstarter 2 years ago during my studies.

Now, working on our own Kickstarter project we are about to launch within 3-5 weeks.

I heard about it 4 years back, personally been part of backing quite a number of successfully funded and delivered campaigns.

Hello, New to the forum. I first learned about kickstarter when a local artist asked us to print t-shirts for his rewards. Now we are launching our own kickstarter for our signature t-shirt, "The Six Dollar Tee"

I first remember looking into Kickstarter for board games a couple years ago; then really payed attention when Exploding Kittens virtually exploded ans was inspired to try and start one myself! I've looked into a larger variety of projects since then, but on a limited budget it can hard to pick and choose which projects to back. :\

Researching for several months the best way to raise funds for indie films when a person has limited funds. Kickstarter seemed to have the best positive results. My first campaign was launched 27 Jan 2017 at:

Kickstarter shows to world new technology. I'm talking about VR.

I really don't remember how I first heard of Kickstarter. It may have been when I backed a Ron Paul game years ago, the only project I have backed so far. Unfortunately, the creator didn't deliver, despite making over twice the goal. Despite that, I love the innovative energy stemming from Kickstarter and Indiegogo. I think when successful, crowdfunding can be a great community builder.
