All your early birds were popular either because of the pricing point and/or the excitement that there was a limited range. It's a shame you couldn't of "restocked" the amount of wallets in the early birds to get you to at least your goal and then continue on from there.
The wallet looks great and something that Ironman would perhaps take with him! I think you need a really simple way to display the features and benefits of your wallet on the page. Then start pitching more aggressively and target your email list.
