I replied to the Top 7 Chinese Crowdfunding Sites. Honestly, now that I have launched our kickstarter and want to try to get connections going, I wish I had started to read your posts and others about how to be successful when it comes to crowdfunding. We were so focused on getting the game developed that we forgot very the very important aspect of networking that is the core of crowdfunding. I will definitely keep reading your posts and think its amazing how much there is to crowdfunding.

I think the larger the amount of crowdfunding sites hurt the creators of projects. Since there are so many sites it will mean fewer people will go to a particular site. Right now the two biggest one I know of is Kickstarter and indiegogo. If there was just one major one it would attract a greater number of supporters and benefit the creators. But without competition there is less desire for improvements. In conclusion, I feel that there should only be a few crowdfunding sites, instead of 7+ alone in Chinese.
