Wow, we're now based in Bristol too (at Entrepreneurial Spark if you've heard of it).
I think the problem with the campaign is that you're not identifying the reasons why you're better than alternatives, which could be lunchboxes, plastic disposables and so on. Whether yours is more environmentally friendly, quicker to clean, safer etc.,
Then the other problem is you've launched without getting all the types of people you mentioned in the video to support/back you. Ideally you'd want X number of potential backers onboard even before you launch, so on day 1 you'd reach that goal.
I think this is a product that people need to get their hands on first. My suggestion is to go to gyms and sports places, show it off and then if they're interested - direct them to your KIckstarter page.
