    Feedback to our Landingpage

    by EagleLive » Mon Aug 28, 2017 7:38 am

    Hello,

we plan to go crowdfunding and now we build our landing-page.
We are looking for some feedback and ideas feel free to have alook here:

    https://helix.eaglelive.de/

You can register with a fake-account or real - no problem- we don't spam and we only want to build our landing-page and look for some testers now.
Please test also on some mobiles or tablets if you can that help us a lot.

Our idea for becoming community and backers first is to use some advertising (Google +Facebook etc.) and link to our landing-page. You can only access the page if you register "old way" or connect with your social-login "New Way" like facebook and Co. For that you became a Discount in a Early Bird Style.
Then you have full access to the site and later we link from this site to the Campaign.

We earn all the contacts-data and can write a Mail to the registered guys if the Campaign starts.
We think we start with the campaign if we reached about 100 or 200 contacts.

    Some ideas to that?

    Regards,

    Borris

your landing page were suppose to explain about your product. simply providing options to subscribe wont do the trick.

    Hello,

    thanks for the feedback.
You mean the visitor should see the page without the subscribing?
I have see many advertising you have only the Button to subscribe and then you will redirect to the real site.
Facebook Forms make the same, only after fill out the form you will redirect to the Advertising-Landingpage.

I figured out that nobody subscribe if they can read the complete Landingpage.

PR-Companies say you have to feed the visitors with some discounts and then they want to subscribe to get the discount.
After subcribing they will redirect to the Product-Site.

    Have you test it out?

    Have you better idea?

    Regards,

    Borris

Hrm. I believe theres a lil misunderstanding there.

What I am trying to say is, your landing page, which allow users to subscribe right away, doesnt matter if the design looks good or anything, it still wont be much convincing compared to :

    1. Sneak peak preview of the product
    2. What problems does it solve/If fashion stuff, hows the style is trending nowadays.
    3. The discounts they'll get by subscribing (early bird offers)

Educate. I cant stress this enough, but I already mention this everytime here and there on the forum, its all about educating your audience.

Think about if, for example, now. You misunderstood my comments, and I were not here to explain about it, you will have less interest to understand what I mentioned in the first place. The case with your blind audience in the future, is you wont be there telling them why they should subscribe in the first place.

Your landing page only contain the part where they need to put in emails, they will become wary since you are being too "pushy" to get subscribers.
