I am a PhD student researcher looking at equity crowdfunding as part of my dissertation. I am looking for people that are interested in crowdfunding to be participants in my research study. As a thank you you can submit your email address at the end to be included in a raffle for one of 3 $50 Amazon Gift Cards. At this time I can only accept US residents for participation as this looks specifically at the equity crowdfunding environment within the US.

The study asks you to take the role of a potential investor in a hypothetical company that is raising money via equity crowdfunding. You are asked to read through the pitch documents then complete a survey about your views of the investment opportunity. There are no right or wrong answers and all data is collected anonymously. At the end you can enter your email for participation in the raffle.
