    Maybe you are banned from that website. This can be why you can't log in, and there is a writer that there isn't an account with such a username. You can use the spam checker tool to check if you are really banned. If you are not on the list of spammers, you can easily make a new account. You will need to introduce the email on which you have registered the account on the website you think you are banned in the tool. Once you appear in the list of spammers, there could be some websites that wouldn't accept your email for registration.
