I’m a music collector. I’ve been building my collection for over 25 years. I keep my collection safely stored throughout my house and in safety deposit boxes. The only time an item comes out is when I’m looking to buy another piece to add to my collection…I have to make sure I don’t already have it! One day after creasing a promo sheet, I thought there has to be a way to create a digital catalogue to enjoy and search without having to go through my 18 boxes of collectibles…but not just another software package with limitations
I reached out to a few friends to brainstorm how we could create a platform that helps collectors. From here we built a prototype to prove out the concept. We received some amazing feedback. We are now asking the collector community and supporters to help fund the development of a digital storage application and online community for collectors to enjoy, manage, and share their collections safely and securely from any device.
We want to connect passionate collectors together and their digitally stored collections. We want to build this, not only for ourselves, but for all the collectors out there who share our passion for collecting. Whether it is for butterflies or signed NBA basketballs…we want to build a platform to support us all to:
- Safely and securely inventory your collectibles from any location and on any device
- Easily manage our collection to identify items needed
- Enjoy our collection digitally without damaging the items
- Connect and share digital collections with each other
- Create a reliable marketplace for purchasing and trading
