My husband and I are currently running our first campaign! It has been a wild ride! Right now we are struggling with cancellations.. We will get a pledge and for some reason within hours a cancellation follows. Do you have any suggestions about this?? is it proper to message the backer? is this normal??

Also, were looking for any feedback as we go into the last few weeks of the campaign. So any advice is greatly appreciated!!

Wondering if you used a backer-type-service or another paid service where it seems you're getting backers from their database, but actually it's backers within their own network who then cancel later on...
