I have started on the 1 st of Jan 2016. As I am foreign I did not qualify for funding through finance. I pay £165 per month while on benefits, as I have ptsd I am classed as a vulnerable person. Reading about this company makes me wonder if I should ask for a refund and go study someplace else.

It is strange that the College where you study doesn't provide budget places for foreigners. I don't think you'll get your money back. I'm sure they've probably already spent your money on something. I suggest you consult a lawyer, see if he can help you. I just had something similar and my lawyer helped me. He made sure that the money I paid for my College tuition was transferred to the account of another College that I decided to transfer. You can see more about my new College on Los Angeles Valley College and maybe you might want to enroll in the same College.

Sparks will always be there when welding, but some machines are not that bad.

Welding cart can always help... At the moment, I don't even know which welding machine can help you. Every person needs a convenient welding machine. Everyone gets a comfortable and efficient welding machine for themselves. Let's say I only use new welding machines and don't regret it at all. The new welding machines have so many new features that I advise you to try it yourself. I wouldn't know all of this if it wasn't for one site that had reviews of these new welding machines.
