There is a lot of talk on this site and others about BackerClub. We used them for our Kickstarter campaign that just ended. It was our understanding that you would receive a refund if pledges from BackerClub did not exceed their fee ($349). This is no longer then case, BackerClub said they changed their policy a few months ago. It was our fault that we didn't double check on this assumption, but we wanted to let everyone know of this new development. BackerClub is no longer risk-free (I guess it was too good of a deal to be viable for them). To their credit they said they would comp us a listing fee for the next project we launch....

What is your campaign about? Did you see much traction from using them?

Thanks for sharing. Our campaign is about to launch and we were sitting on the fence of whether to use BackerClub.... but I guess this helps make our decision easier.
