    An accident at work.

My friend had an accident at work. An employee broke his leg due to the fact that a box of goods fell from a forklift truck. Whose fault is it?

This is the fault of the one who was sitting at the wheel of the forklift.

Both are to blame. Apparently, it was old equipment. It's just that if your friend had new models of forklifts in production, then this could have been avoided. For example, I work at a factory, and our bosses have provided us with new equipment. Even everyone was told about
5 Technologies That Will Transform the Forklift Industry, and each of us had to study everything in detail. The bosses also compiled a test to make sure that absolutely everyone understood the new material. It sounds like a check at school, but in fact, it was the only way to check since most of us could lie.
