Exploding Kittens and Zombicide are two of my favorite things that I've backed. Both are fantastic games.

I’m more of a big time projects backer - Veronica Mars one but a friend of mine showed me two icelandic short films he backed up - and if the campaign was not already done i would have backed those as well. The cinematography was beautiful.

A comic called "The Road North." The artwork was outstanding and the writing felt solid and rewarding. On a plus side, the creator was a really nice guy.

I have mostly backed tech stuff, but this isn't one of them.
This is something that I just felt that I needed to get for my girlfriend. It is something that I recived a few days ago and she totaly loves it.

I backed Exploding Kittens and got the game a couple weeks ago. While the artwork is amusing and the product itself is put together well... I hate to say that the game itself is pretty bad. There's supposed to be tension about pulling one of the Exploding Kitten cards that knocks you out of the game... but for the first 15-20 minutes you're just pulling cards and building up a huge hand and there's very little strategy until the very end.

Oh well... like everyone else I was sucked in by the amusing artwork

The Magic Wheelchair was very interesting to me. It was elaborate and wheeled Halloween costumes for kids in wheelchairs so they could have an awesome Halloween too. It was successfully funded, but I would have liked to have seen it make even more money. One of those projects that's not only wildly creative, but does good in the world and brings a smile to many people's faces too
