sugary snacks. At first, it was tough, but I’m starting to get the hang of it. I still allow myself a treat now and then because I believe in balance. One thing that’s helped me is meal prepping on Sundays. It makes it easier to stick to healthy choices during the busy week. I’ve also started drinking more water, which surprisingly makes a big difference. It’s not just about losing weight but feeling better overall. I try to stay active too, even if it's just a walk in the park or a light workout at home.
