Hi there,

I´ve backed 4 projects that seem very innovative.

1. I've really just started backing projects. So I've only backed 3 so far.

2. I backed the 3 companies because I could tell they were passionate about their product. I believed in their product. And they flat out had a great, essential product.

All in all, my experience were good. I did back a project called LIV but they are yet to send me 3 items. To be fair, the cs were bad tho

1) I've backed 12 projects so far. To be honest, I first started backing because I wanted others to back my new project. But now I'm hooked and wish I could afford to back a ton more.

2) I love backing projects in general because the whole idea is just awesome. It really shows how powerful the internet can be when it's used for something positive and helps foster the creative spirit. I don't limit myself to just one type of project. I like unique electronic projects, games, cards, books, etc.

I've backed 17 projects. The most recent was "Raise the rooftop: 2018" because I liked what they're doing for the community.

#1: I have so far backed 5 projects.
#2: And the reason I back them is, first of all, it's a good & feasible project and the creators seem trustable.

As I have written over hundreds of Kickstarter products, some are really good (usually the one with "Love by Kickstarter") and many are bad. In fact, I find many projects are actually the low-quality "spin" product with anything but a good buzz-creating strategy. Some are not feasible, many did not arrive on time, etc.

Backed 80! Mostly I back comics and graphic novels, but I'm a big fan of action figures so I follow a lot of those campaigns!

I came to know about kickstarter recently as I am working community manager for a board game called "Spacebabies N R obots" (http://spacebabiesnrobots.com/) which is going to be lauched soon on kickstarter.This is the first game I am going to back from kickstarter.

Many mentioned that they backed the project because

1) The idea/product is great

2) Creators seem trustable to them

May I ask how you guys determine if the creators are "trustable"?

Good Question!
Unfortunately, there is no way to know. In fact, I've written over hundreds of projects before, some might seems legit at first, they have good promo videos, good campaign description, good customer response in the comments section, etc. No one can tell if it's bad, but only after receiving the product.

That's why I created GR to help backers for this. People can discuss outside of Kickstarter, and the site focuses on the product 's hidden/bad side. There is one called "Caply" I wrote 2 weeks ago, seems legit but not really.
