In the Facebook Group Kickstarter Best Practices and Lessons Learned,
They always said:
- "Tuesday to Thursday is usually the best, never on a weekend (fri to sun) or holiday."
and
- "you want to end them 11:59pm on the last day, for a variety of reasons, and generally, doing it in the middle of the week is also good. "

From what I have read online, the best time is Tuesday, then Wednesday. Never on weekends. With that being said, I have seen campaigns launched on Saturdays on kickstarter before.. Not sure how well they did tough.
